特別展「刀剣は人を救う～ふなっしーの刀剣展～」 - 瀬戸内市 公式ホームページ
本展では、ふなっしーが刀剣に魅せられ愛刀家に至った経緯を展示を通じて紹介し、武器としてだけではない刀剣の魅力を広く周知することを目的としています。また現代の注文打ち刀剣の魅力を伝え、現代刀の販売促進、ひいては現代刀職の支援を図ります。

- This exhibition introduces the story of how Funassyi became fascinated by swords and became a sword lover, with the aim of promoting the appeal of swords beyond their use as weapons. It also aims to promote the appeal of modern custom-made swords, promote the sale of modern swords, and ultimately support modern sword craftsmen.
- 千葉県船橋市の非公認キャラクターで有名な"ふなっしー" が、愛刀家として岡山県内開催の公式展示会を主催。前期・後期で 展示品の一部入れ替えあり。11/24 (月･休)まで。
'Funassyi', the famous unofficial character of Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture, is hosting an official exhibition in Okayama Prefecture as a sword lover. Some exhibits will be replaced between the first and second semesters. Until 24 November (Monday, holiday).
